Eternity Adult Day Care Center mission is to provide a loving, caring, safe, comfortable, healthy environment for individuals with physical and mental disabilities 18 years of age and older.
We will accomplish this by recognizing that each person, staff and participants is to be respected, loved and cared for in the most respectful way. We will serve participants in conjunction with their families by respecting the dignity of each person fostering a caring spirit for one another while developing and maintaining the capabilities of each person.

Licensed and Certified
Eternity Adult Day Care, LLC (EADCLLC) is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). The adult day care services are funded through Medicaid waivers granted to seniors and adults 18 and older with disabilities that are authorized through DHSS
